Over the weekend, doctors from all over the country celebrated National Doctor’s Day, a day meant to celebrate the achievements of MDs all over the country – the ones who put their lives on the line for their patients.
According to the National Doctor’s Day website, the holiday began in 1933 in Winder, Ga. Some of the first sentiments towards the profession involved putting flowers on graves of deceased doctors and sending postcards to active doctors. In 1990, it became an official holiday.
With the country honoring actual doctors, we thought we’d honor the ones who grace the small screen and help revitalize us while we’re having dinner. These hot doctors know when to turn on the charm and perform open heart surgery.
