Early yesterday, tabloids claimed the youngest Kardashian sibling checked into Meadows Trauma and Addiction center in Arizona to be treated for depression and substance abuse. However, a rep for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has confirmed to E! News that these reports are completely false saying, “Rob is not in rehab.”
The rep also says Rob was in L.A. working out with his trainer, Gunnar Peterson, when the story broke.
“He was in really good spirits, seemed very much himself,” says another source. “Said he’d been working out everyday and was focused on getting back in shape.”
Rob has kept a rather low profile over the last few months, even opting to miss out on the Kardashian-Jenner family vacation in Thailand recently.
While things are looking up for Rob, his mogul mother seems to be having some health issues. Kris Jenner was recently rushed off to the hospital to be treated after a slight health scare. Jenner wasn’t alone, however. Her hubby Bruce Jenner came all the way from his Malibu home to be by her side at a hospital in Thousand Oaks, California.
According to E! News, Jenner “went to the hospital for some internal pains she was having,” a source said. She also “got a scan for precautionary reasons.” The 58-year-old is currently keeping the cause of her medical scare private.
Fortunately, members of Kris’ team say the reality TV mama lives a very healthy life.
“She lives healthy,” said celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito. “I send food to California for her every day, and she follows my diet.”
Rocco says the diet is about maintaining her current weight “because she looks great and she doesn’t need to lose weight.”
