Life is good.

The celebration surrounding the 20th anniversary of Nas’ classic album Illmatic is paying off. Since its re-release, sales of the album have skyrocketed a whopping 844 percent.

Last week, Nas’ Illmatic sold 1,588 copies. This week, Illmatic moved 14,982 copies, and Spotify streams of Illmatic are up 300 percent. The jump in sales can be attributed to the Time Is Illmatic documentary, which premiered at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival, as well as his performance at this year’s Coachella Music Festival.

Nas recently revealed he’s working on a follow-up to his 2012 release Life Is Good. It’s also been reported that producers Timbaland and No I.D. will be working on the forthcoming LP as well.
