The wedding of the year is just about here!
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are set to tie the knot later this month and the Internets cannot stop buzzing about their big day.
KimYe hit the red carpet together last night for the Met Gala and naturally all anyone wanted to talk about was their upcoming nuptials. Vogue‘s contributing editor Andre Leon Tally was able to catch up with the pair on the red carpet and squeeze out a few details about Kim’s wedding gown selection process.
The 33-year-old revealed that picking the dress she planned to walk down the aisle in was no easy feat!
“I tried on quite a few,” she told Talley. “Then I narrowed it down.”
Unfortunately her lips were sealed as far as what the dress looks like or who made it. Regardless, we’re sure it’s going to be a dress to end all dresses!
The chic couple hit the Met Gala 2014 red carpet in a navy and black Lanvin gown with a high slit in the front. Never one to be upstaged, Kanye stood by his lady’s side in a well-taylored black suit.
As we previously reported, it was widely believed that Kim and Yeezy tied the knot this weekend in a low-key wedding in California. Numerous sites reported that the Met Gala would be their first appearance as man and wife. Unfortunately those rumors have proven to be false! Their ‘intimate’ Parisian wedding will be their one and only ceremony.
