Multitalented musician Pharrell is hitting all new notes–ones of lavender, white pepper and neroli, to be exact.
Back in March, we learned that the man of many hats (but mainly that Vivienne Westwood one) would be making his foray into fragrances following a collaboration with Comme des Garçons with very little details about what to expect. But WWD got the deets from the “Happy” man himself on his gender-bending perfume approach:
“There should be no lines — I learned that from Comme des Garçons,” he told WWD. “Hence, Girl — for girls and boys. We just found another way to say unisex.”
And like just about everything else he puts his hands on, the KAWS-designed 100-ml bottle is something like a work of art. G I R L will retail at $135, while the 10-ml travel size will run for $30 when it launches on September 1st in London, before coming Stateside on September 5th at Dover Street Market and Sephora.
