He made it!
Drake loves Houston and Houston loves him back. In fact, Drake’s currently down in his favorite U.S. city for his inaugural Houston Appreciation Weekend.
The three-day homage to the Texas city is filled with fashion expos, workshops, concerts, and of course, parties. During the kick-off, the city’s mayor Annise D. Parker presented the “Trophies” rapper with a proclamation declaring June 10th officially “Drake Day” in Houston.
The “0 To 100″ rapper posted a picture of the proclamation on his Instagram:
Houston Appreciation Weekend is over in just a few days, but Drizzy doesn’t have much time to chill out. The Canadian rapper recently announced his collaborative “Drake Vs. Lil Wayne” tour, which obviously means he’ll be touring with his mentor the whole summer.
