Cam’ron reminds us once again of the consequences of snitching.
After dropping a fiery, A-Trak-produced comeback single with Dipset affiliate Juelz Santana last month, Cam’ron has returned with a new music video for “Funeral,” which was premiered via Complex TV.
In the video, Killa Cam is seen at the funeral of a fellow gangster who got caught talking to police. Fans may remember Cam’ron’s strong stance on the subject from his interview on a 60 Minutes segment about the Stop Snitching campaign, and his refusal to talk to police even after he was shot by a carjacker in 2005.
The music video comes in anticipation of the first edition of Cam’ron’s 1st of the Month EP series, due for release on July 1st. The EP will also include a song featuring Nicki Minaj, which he previewed on Instagram.
