Now that Lana Del Rey’s album Ultraviolence has finally hit shelves, we can fully enjoy the entire LDR experience. After releasing visuals to single “Shades of Cool,” the “West Coast” songstress also dropped the director’s cut of the video.

Award-winning London-based director Jake Nava uses his creative eye to craft an especially visually appealing music video. Nava probably rings a few bells because he’s previously worked with celebrities like Beyonce and Shakira on the “earth-shattering” collaboration “Beautiful Liar” back in 2006.

“Shades of Cool” showcases Lana’s love and admiration for a man, and throughout the music video, Lana’s relationship develops, changes, and possibly leads to her death?

Give us your opinions, but first, watch the director’s cut of “Shades Of Cool” here.
