Sara Stokes is having a rough week.
The former member of Da Band was recently sent to jail for getting into another domestic dispute with her husband Emanuiel “Tony” Stokes, and now he has hit her with divorce papers.
TMZ reports:
Emanuiel “Tony” Stokes filed docs in St. Clair County, MI to end their 18-year marriage. He claims “the objects of matrimony have been destroyed.”
Sara is currently in prison and will be for the next 93 days, since she violated her probation stemming from the domestic violence case she caught for stabbing her husband in 2009.
Hopefully, this will mark the beginning of a healthier life for both of them.
