According to Vevo‘s Twitter account, in a mere day, the sexually pumped, bootylicious video for Minaj’s highly controversial “Anaconda” single acquired 19.6 million views world-wide.
The previous watch record was held by Miley Cyrus and her video for “Wrecking Ball,” which garnered 19.3 million views in 24 hours.
The raunchy visuals, directed by Colin Tilley, feature a g-string clad Nicki Minaj, backed by bodacious honeys twerking and popping their butts. Onika also gives a jaw-droppingly provocative lap dance to her “brother” Drake.
