New details have emerged surrounding Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan’s recent separation.
According to TMZ, the NBA baller’s estranged wife is being accused of forging his signature to procure a $150,000 loan. She’s now being sued by Nina Rawls, music legend Lou Rawls’ widow, who came to her asking to borrow the money to put into a TV project. Rawls was looking to produce the show with Gloria and Matt’s production company.
Nina claims Gloria agreed to loan her the money under one condition: the money had to be repaid in full two months after she received it. Her lawsuit claims she never saw any of the money she was promised.
Rawls also says Gloria admitted to her that she forged Matt’s signature on the loan documents. It is unclear whether or not Barnes was ever made aware of the agreement.
