Sending lawsuits at the throat. According to TMZ, a person named Joel Mac filed a federal lawsuit against Jay Z and Kanye West, claiming they stole his song. The song in question is the Frank Ocean-featured “Made in America.” Mac claims that he sold a CD to producer Mike Dean, who worked on Watch the Throne, and the next thing he knew his song was on the album.
