Two Americans have been released from captivity in North Korea this weekend after being held for nearly two years. Kenneth Bae, one of the Americans who were released, thanked his family and friends for supporting him during this time. Bae said in a press conference: “It’s been an amazing two years, I learned a lot,  I grew a lot, I lost a lot of weight.” [Fox News]

Robert O’Neill, the former Navy SEAL who allegedly shot and killed Osama Bin Laden, has said that Osama “died like a p*ssy.” When speaking to CNN’s Alex Quade, O’Neill said: “One thing I tell them is ‘All right, Osama bin Laden died like a pussy. That’s all I’m telling you. Just so you know. He died afraid. And he knew that we were there to kill him.'” [Gawker]

A new disease has emerged in the US. The Chagas disease, also known as the “kissing bug,” has infected nearly 300,000 people in the United States. A press statement called the disease “stealthy parasitic infection,” noting that it’s spread by blood-sucking kissing bugs who tend to feed on people’s faces while they are sleeping. A Canadian teenager was arrested for running a prostitution ring at the tender age of 15. Kailey Oliver-Machado, who is now 18 years old, would persuade 13-year-old girls on social media to attend paid parties and sleepovers but in return, the girls would be drugged and pose for half-naked photos which would be sent to men. They would also be forced to perform sex acts and threatened with violence if they didn’t do as they were told. Kailey has been jailed for 6 and a half years. [Daily Mail]
