The plaintiff has stated the the tech company has misclassified employees as independent contractors, alleging that they the company has refused to pay them overtime wages. There’s been a successful delivery of dialysis in a patient with the Ebola virus for the first time, according to new reports. Prior to their success, doctors thought the procedure would be too risky because it involves large needles and potential contact with highly infectious blood.
