The rape accusations just keep on coming for legendary comedian Bill Cosby.
A woman by the name of Judy Huth previously made claims that she was drugged and raped by Cosby at the tender age of 15. Forty years later, she’s filed a police report with the LAPD. TMZ reports:
Huth just sued Cosby, claiming he got her drunk and then took her to the Playboy Mansion where he sexually assaulted her. Cosby filed legal docs Thursday, claiming she’s a liar who tried to sell the story to the tabloids a decade ago and then tried extorting the comedian in return for her silence.
Cosby also notes … the alleged incident occurred 40 years ago … well beyond the statute of limitations.
Gloria Allred, who ordered Bill to pay $100 million or go to court over the rape allegations, will be representing Huth in the case. According to the law, the investigation will go on since she has filed a police report, although the statute of limitations is not on her side.
