The-Dream stopped by Streetz 94.5 radio in Atlanta yesterday to chat it up with our girl Sarah Vivan.

Sarah asked Christina Milian’s ex about marriage and the comments Chris Brown made during a recent Breakfast Club interview, in which Breezy said Dream is a songwriter before an artist and isn’t on his same wavelength.

Well, Terius Nash has a message for Chris Brown: You’re damn right he’s a writer, and he gets paid damn well to write those hits.

“He already cleared it up. We are in two different age brackets and to not be able to get what he does, he’s exactly right. I don’t get to do what he does,” he said.

The-Dream goes on to say, “Chris Brown is one of the greatest singers and performers period… There are two different ways to how we got to this place and he’s absolutely right I’m definitely a writer first and I got those CHECKS TO PROVE IT! Turn up.”

The-Dream also says he understands The Breakfast Club put Chris Brown in a position where he felt he had to say something to get a rise out of people. Good for him for taking Breezy’s comments in stride, and to see the original BC interview, click here.
