Demi Lovato has been through so much in her young life, but the 22-year-old beauty continues to come out stronger than ever.
The singer is now in the hospital recovering after being rushed to Providence Tarzana Medical Center by one of her friends. According to reports, Lovato had difficulty breathing and was taken to the emergency room in the L.A. area on Tuesday evening.
TMZ reports that doctors did tests on Demi and discovered she had a flu-related lung infection. Us Weekly spoke with Demi’s reps who said, “She returned home soon after her ER visit and is feeling much better today.”
Hopefully her longtime boo Wilmer Valderrama is by her side. Get well soon, Demi.
