Papa Pope has a lot of great and memorable scenes on Scandal… so much so, ABC has released a mash-up of some of his best moments thus far.

Check out Joe Morton getting into character as Olivia Pope‘s dad via the clip above.

There’s a featurette for Mad Max: Fury Road and it’s action-packed.

In case you’re thinking about hitting the theaters on May 15th to see it, here’s what you need to know:

Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.

Dope shit.

Calvin Klein Party - The 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival

Organizers of the Cannes Film Festival are attempting to put a stop to red carpet selfies. The festival’s director Thierry Fremaux seems to think they are “ridiculous and grotesque.”

THR reports:

You never look as ugly as you do in a selfie,” said Cannes Film Festival director Thierry Fremaux on April 16, when he announced a new policy of stopping awkward extended-arm snaps on the red carpet. He called the practice “ridiculous and grotesque.”

But Instagram addicts can breathe easy: It seems the ban is officially unofficial. “The announcement itself has in some ways created a lot of buzz, but I’m sure the selfie will still go on,” says Isabelle Gainche, the Palais’ director of marketing and the city’s director of tourism. “Hopefully people will be aware of it now and fewer people will do it because of the announcement.”

We doubt anyone is going to pay the announcement any mind. But OK.

ELLE Women In Television Celebration

Mindy Kaling‘s show The Mindy Project has been canceled after just three seasons.

But apparently, the comedian and actress isn’t letting it get her down:

Hours after the announcement was made, and fans had jumped online to express their devastation at the show’s cancellation, Kaling shared a video with her followers which was both cryptic, and more than a little hopeful!

Posting the video onto her Instagram account, Kaling referred to the hoopla surrounding Fox’s announcement with a typically tongue-in-cheek comment. “Hey guys, I’m in Montana, is anything happening in LA? #themindyproject,” she wrote.
