Drake and Future released their What a Time to Be Alive joint project via Apple Music over the weekend, and nothing was the same. And of course, Meek Mill had some low-key shade to throw.
The 11-track effort is sprinkled with references to Drake’s recent feud with Meek, especially the Philly rapper’s own plans on doing a collaborative mixtape with Future back in July. Oh, how times change.
In light of the project’s release, Meek took to Instagram to let off one big shot. “#f-ckboyseason lol,” he Instagrammed.
The word “season” is usually used to connote the weeks and months surrounding an event regarding a particular artist, such as the release of an album or product, i.e. Yeezy season.
