The new iPhone 6S may be hot, but you don’t want it to actually burn you.

Some consumers are complaining their Touch ID button is too hot to use, Mashable reports. Users on an Apple thread have been discussing the burning problem. One user said their Touch ID button was hot, the screen went black, and the phone would not turn on after hours of inactivity.

Much like when a new Apple product/version is released (remember weavegate?), more problems have been reported with the phones. Customers are taking issue with speaker sound quality and web links not opening in the Safari web browser.

Hopefully, this will all be handled with the next over-the-air update. The iPhone 6S was released on September 25.

Has it happened to you?
