You can always count on Khlo’ Money to give you the real tea.
The reality star recently wrote about her advice for getting over a breakup and being happy again – getting a good body. That advice isn’t only for women going through painful splits, it’s also for guys, like her brother Rob Kardashian.
“I told Rob a while back: the best form of revenge is a good body. It’s a little silly but true. There is literally no downfall to working out your blues in the gym! You’ll feel better, and the by-product will be a fierce bod that’s bound to make your ex do a double-take,” she revealed on her website.
The entire Kardashian family is understandably worried about Rob, who was hospitalized and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last month. But Khloe says hitting the gym balances out all the lows in life.
“People ask me all the time, ‘How did you bounce back from your breakup?’ I guess since I started transforming my body and myself after such a low point in my life, people see me as some sort of expert on the subject. I’m not claiming to be one, but I do have some insight to share with you dolls,” she wrote.
Speaking of insight, Khloe shed some much-needed light on her sister Kendall Jenner‘s relationship with 1D frontman Harry Styles. People have been speculating for awhile whether or not the young stars are an item. They even added fuel to the fire after being spotted showing major PDA aboard a yacht on New Year’s Eve.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Khloe revealed, “Do I think they’re dating? Yes. I would call that dating. [But] I don’t know what they are. You know, you have the have ‘the talk’ [and] I don’t know if they’ve had that talk yet.”
She added, “Nowadays I don’t know. People are weird with stuff. So, I don’t know their title. But I mean, they were in St. Barts together hanging out, so to me that’s dating.”
We’ll take that as a yes, Khloe.
