Kanye blamed Chance The Rapper for delaying the release of T.L.O.P last Friday, sharing that the Chicago rapper was adding more vocals to “Waves.”

The world eventually received T.L.O.P., but according to Chance’s Snapchat, there’s an alternate version of “Waves” floating around.
Don’t know if this is a demo version or another that’s yet-to-be released, but either way, it’s a pretty dope listen. Being the perfectionist that he is, Kanye keeps hinting at releasing “finished” versions of songs on T.L.O.P.
