New York Fashion Week was a major success this season, in part due to the emerging talent we saw bubbling on the scene.

As much as the industry appears to favor tall women, it’s hard to come by clothing that actually caters to tall style mavens. Standing at 6’0, Bianca Stewart knows this reality all too well. Frustrated with the limited clothing options available for women of her height, the young designer launched Jesse Queen.

While the collection began as a women’s line, it has now expanded to include pieces for men 6’3” and above. On February 12, Bianca made a chic NYFW debut at the Vermilion to present Jesse Queen Autumn/Winter 2016. Hosted by FashionBombDaily and Claire Sulmers‘ “Claire Cares” initiative, the event welcomed celebrities such as June Ambrose, Tyson Beckford, Melyssa Ford, and more.

In our red-carpet interview with Bianca, she offered words of wisdom for young entrepreneurs, shared her goal of seeing Zendaya in Jesse Queen apparel, and more.

Check out the action in our interview up top.
