The Game is still adamant about not paying his sexual assault accuser, but he knows another way to get her off his case.

According to TMZ, the rapper says that Viacom should cover the $7.1 million owed to his sexual assault accuser because they put a violent criminal on his reality show, despite a doctor recommending she get the boot.

Priscilla Rainey was cast on VH1’s She’s Got Game back in 2015. According to court docs, The Game claims a doctor working on the production cited Rainey’s long rap sheet, which includes multiple felony arrests for aggravated battery. The doctor stated in the suit, “In moments of jealousy, [Rainey’s] normal composure dissolves, leaving her to acting out of control.” The Game says producers thought Rainey would add a spark to the show, so they ignored the doctor.

Rainey filed a lawsuit against the rapper after being kicked off the series, claiming that he sexually assaulted her. She won a $7.1 million judgment, but The Game says Viacom should take that hit, plus another $13 million in damages, although she originally sued for $10 million.

We’ll see if The Game has enough legal game for Viacom.
