There once was a time when you couldn’t turn on the radio without hearing  Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug  tag teaming on a song. The two emerged out of Atlanta around the same time and formed a partnership with Birdman and his Rich Gang label, scoring several platinum hits . However, times have changed since then — Young Thug is one of the most popular rappers in the game, while Rich Homie took a break from the music after falling back from Rich Gang. Fans want to know if Rich Homie and Thugga have some sort of beef going on, seeing as though they barely acknowledged each other’s presence after their Rich Gang days.

During a recent interview with 99 JAMZ’s Supa Cindy, Quan opened up about his relationship with Thug, admitting that although they don’t have beef, the rappers are not on speaking terms. He said, “We don’t got no bad blood, but we don’t talk. We don’t talk every day like you would think we would talk every day. But we don’t got no bad blood. I just leave […] you know, it is what it is. I wish him the best.” As for the Young Thug and Rich Homie new music leaks, Quan says, “They’re old. I remember them getting leaked about two or three years ago. We ain’t did music in a long time.”

No word on what caused the beef between the rappers, but Thug sparked rumors of a feud after shouting “bitch homie quan” during a Rodeo Tour stop. During a concert last year in Santa Ana, the Jeffery rapper also yelled “f*** Rich Homie” into the mic.
