The tension between Lindsay Lohan‘s parents Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan has always been thick over the years, and it looks like there was a reason for that.
Dina recently claimed that her husband Michael was abusive during their marriage when Lindsay was a child, and now old pictures have been released that could prove her claims.

The photos, discovered by ET Online, show a younger Dina Lohan holding a baby while sporting a very visible black eye on her right eye.
Michael has denied the claims that he ever put his hands on Dina in that manner, telling ET:
“[Dina] hit me with an ice tray, and I turned around and swung … I didn’t punch her. I didn’t do anything deliberately to attack her. I swung out of reflex … she’s twisting everything.”

In the interview where she shares her claims of abuse from Michael, she says that his actions are why Lindsay is the way that she is.
This sounds like a very messy situation, and the pictures certainly speak a thousand words.
