New York upstart ELZ, who released the visuals to “How To Rhyme (State Of Emergency)” off his N.Y. Times mixtape, now drops this dope freestyle joint over Naughty By Nature‘s “Uptown Anthem” instrumental. There’s even a Nas sample that lets it be known that Queens is written all over this.
