EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: DJ Drama “Justin Bieber Is The Truth”

Ice Cube has teamed up with DJ Khaled and DJ Drama to embark on a search to find the Coors Light Coldest MC.

GlobalGrind caught up with Ice Cube to talk about the state of hip-hop, his current favorite rappers and of course, his opinion on the beef between Pusha T and Lil Wayne

When we asked Ice Cube his thoughts on Pusha T and Lil Wayne’s beef, his response was as candid as ever.

“What I think about their beef? I could care less to be honest. It has nothing to do with me, and I could care less. But, beef has always been part of people, it’s part of hip-hop. The best beefs stay on wax. The worst beefs come off of the wax.

You remember battle records. You forget about the people who done got smoked in-between or who done got beat up because of a beef. Those things are idiotic. So the interesting thing is to keep it on wax, to keep it a sport.

You know what I mean? That way it’s fun and it’s witty and it’s art.

The other way, it’s just street shit. Street shit is, for the most part, a lot of dumb shit — justified.”
