Kendrick Lamar and Drake team up for a seductive new track “Poetic Justice.” 

NEW MUSIC: Kendrick Lamar & Dr. Dre “Compton” 

Unfortunately, it seems like Kendrick’s forthcoming album has leaked on the ‘net, and everyone is loving “Poetic Justice.” 

Playing off the 1993 John Singleton-directed movie Poetic Justice starring Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur, Kendrick samples Janet’s “Anytime, Anyplace.” 

“Everybody else basic, you live life on an everyday basis with Poetic justice, poetic justice/ If I told you if a flower bloomed in a dark room/would you trust it/I mean write poems and do songs/dedicated to you and…” raps Kendrick.

Kendrick Lamar is definitely heating up the hip-hop world with the anticipation of his forthcoming album good kid, m.A.A.d city.
