One of the things that made the first Anchorman movie so great were the numerous cameos from the likes of Jack Black, Ben Stiller and Danny Trejo. Well, it would seem like Will Ferrell, the movie’s star and writer, is trying to top that with the sequel.
According to Hollywood, Kanye West was spotted on the set of Anchorman 2 in downtown Atlanta yesterday, alongside Christina Applegate and Paul Rudd, two actors who starred in the first film.
One of Hollywood’s unnamed sources told the site that the rapper “was quite afraid of heights and required an umbrella for shade most of the time he was on the roof.”

If ya’ll recall: in “N*ggas in Paris,” Kanye West sampled a quote from another Will Ferrell movie, Blades of Glory. This won’t be the first time Kanye West has dabbled in comedy. A couple of years ago, he had a cameo in Mike Myers’ The Love Guru. OK, so maybe this will be the first time he has actually dabbled in comedy.
