Well this ain’t no fairy tale!

Jason and Annelia Black, an African American couple from San Diego, are suing Disneyland after an actor portraying Disney’s White Rabbit character from Alice in Wonderland allegedly refused to hug or touch their children.

The Blacks are claiming that children of a different race were treated better.

Mr. Black told CBS: “There were two other kids that came up. The rabbit showered them. Hugged them, kissed them, posed with them, and took pictures. Meanwhile, that made my kids feel horrible.”

His son, Elijah, said: “This white boy, he started hugging him, kissing the girl and hugging the boy and they were white.”

The Blacks said the person in the rabbit costume also acted impatiently as their young kids posed for a picture at the Anaheim theme park. They filed a complaint with Disney officials and were offered VIP tickets, but they refused. Disneyland offered them $500, which they also turned down, and they asked the family to sign a confidentiality agreement.

The family declined and are demanding a public apology from Disneyland and the employee involved in the incident. They are calling for the White Rabbit to be fired.

Disneyland better pray for one of their miracles to get through this mess!
