Nemo is not f*cking around.
Not only is he prepared to drop three feet worth of snow on the Northeast, including NYC, during Fashion Week, but he’s also taking a few designers down with him.
Today, designer Jenni Kayne will not be attending her own show due to canceled flights out of L.A. Bad Blizz, aka Nemo, forced Marc Jacobs to postpone his Monday night show until Thursday. There’s a holdup over at Topshop where there’s widespread fear of transporting their spring collection in the snow. And Zac Posen tells AP he is worried that buyers and out-of-town editors may not make it to his show.
Mark Duffy, Marc Jacobs International President, apologized Thursday for the inconvenience. He explains to WWD that they’re “…missing bags, shoes, and two fabrics,” which aren’t expected to be delivered until early next week. Hopefully these will be the only casualties we’ll be suffering for the rest of Fall 2013 Fashion Week.

All these talented designers at Fall 2013 New York Fashion Week and no one could come up with one pair of stylish waterproof shoes? Better get out those Timberlands and save your Louboutins for a drier day!
