Following the long-awaited announcement of her latest album “ARTPOP” being released this November, it looks like Lady Gaga has more legal trouble on her hands.

Last week, we told you about Gaga filing legal documents in an attempt to blocksensitive, private, and personal” information from leaking to the public during a case between her former friend Wendy Starland and former boyfriend/producer Rob Fusari.

Now, there’s news of the “Bad Romance” singer, formerly known as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, being involved in yet another legal squabble, this time between her friend and famed photographer Terry Richardson and her former assistant, Jennifer O’Neill.

According to reports, O’Neill is suing Lady Gaga for $393,000 of compensation for unpaid overtime of over 7,000 hours. And in order to corroborate her claims, O’Neill’s lawyers say Richardson, who documented Gaga’s “Monster Ball” tour as her personal “Paparazzi,” has pictures that will prove how she worked non-stop the whole time.

A federal judge recently subpoenaed Richardson to hand over 143,000 pictures as evidence for the defense.

Well damn. In the words of Mother Monster, “it’s gonna be okay, just dance.”
