“People always ask me: Do you have black in you? Do you have Spanish in you?” says Rita Ora for the newly released PAPER Magazine’s Beautiful People Issue.

The 21-year-old pop singer, whose debut album drops this fall on Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label, has the looks and the talent – so it’s only right to add her to the list.
And having Rob Kardashian for a boyfriend and Jay-Z as a mentor certainly doesn’t hurt either.

Rapper Kreayshawn made the list. Why? “Cause she keeps it ‘gutter'” despite her success:

The 22-year-old rapper-slash-director bought a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Cup O’ Noodles when she got her first check because “I wasn’t used to having money — and I don’t think I ever will be,” she says.
