A Brooklyn judge on Thursday ordered the release of five teens accused of raping an 18-year-old girl last week at a playground in what investigators have called an increasingly complicated case, reports the New York Daily News.

An attorney for a 17-year-old defendant said "the father and daughter failed to identify any of the first four suspects from a police lineup."

On Monday, two of the suspects claimed they had consensual sex with the teen after asking her 39-year-old dad for permission.

Four teenagers from the Brownsville area of Brooklyn have been taken into custody in connection with the gang rape of an 18-year-old in New York last week.

Bill Cosby has already been charged with sexual assault in Pennsylvania.

Florida's police department has estimated that testing its backlog of rape kits may cost the state anywhere from $9 million to $32 million.

An estimated 50 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault. Some of his longtime fans and supporters, however, have never bought into the allegations.

"They want us all to have an asterisk by our name," Griffin said in a video interview with hip-hop website VladTV. “Nobody leaves this business clean."

A day after Bill Cosby was arrested on charges of aggravated indecent assault, the 78-year-old broke his silence, tweeting a message of thanks to his 4.1 million Twitter followers.

Earlier today, news broke that Bill Cosby's past misdeeds may finally lead to some legal repercussions.
