The First Lady earned some cool points with the youth yesterday, when she sat down with Bow Wow and Keisha Chante during a special episode of BET’s 106 & Park.

And not that we forgot, but it was a reminder of why we love FLOTUS oh-so-much.

Taking President Obama’s crusade on education even further, Michelle discussed the importance of the “North Star” goal, which aims to have the highest amount of college graduates by 2020.

But she also discussed some of her favorite topics, like the “Let’s Move!” campaign, President Obama’s swag, and her guilty pleasures.

Check out some of the show’s best moments:

Obama’s Swag Is Better Than Yours

During a segment where Keisha and Bow Wow pulled questions from a bucket, Michelle mentions that Barack has the best swagger ever. “I always say my husband has got swag. He’s got a little swag.” He also took her on a beautiful first date that began at the Art Institute and ended with them watching Spike Lee’s Do The Right Thing. Guys, take notes.

Talks To Her Former Self

Michelle gave plenty of quotes worthy of remembrance. One of the biggest things she wanted to tell her younger self is to have more confidence. “I was always worried about disappointing someone or failing,” she said. “What I would tell that girl is to don’t worry about failure. Failure is the key to success and you’re smart enough to sit at any table and compete and have your voice heard.” Preach!

The Importance of Education

President Obama’s “North Star” campaign aims to have the highest amount of college graduates in the world by the year 2020. FLOTUS talked about our current status, and how we can get back on top. “A generation ago, we were number one with college graduates, but over time this country has slipped all the way to 12th,” she said. “Meeting that 20/20 goal is going to take all of you young people stepping up and taking control of your education.”

She also wasn’t afraid to admit to being a nerd back in high school.

“I have to say, I was a pretty serious student … I wanted to make sure that I didn’t peak in high school. You don’t want your best days to be in high school,” she said. “I wasn’t doing too much partying in high school, I was trying to get myself into college.”

Barack Is The Singer, She’s The Dancer of The Family

President Obama loves to sing and he isn’t afraid to show it. Michelle shared that she loved his rendition of Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” and that she’s the better dancer of the two, doing her best two-step. “Oh, yes, he’s in the bathroom all the time just singing. He is always willing to sing. He’s like, you want me to sing now, want me to sing something for you? But he has got a good voice. That was very sweet.”

French Fries Are Her Guilty Pleasure

Her “Let’s Move!” campaign is all about eating right, but the First Lady also indulges every once in a while. She shares that her favorite snack has to be French fries. “I work out hard, I work out every day, so if I want some French fries — I would say French fries are my most favorite guilty pleasure.”

Never Had A Bad Fashion Moment…Except…

Everyone loves the First Lady’s ability to go from casual to chic flawlessly, so it was no surprise when she said she didn’t have any fashion regrets; except when people went into a frenzy about her rocking shorts during vacation. “People were like, ‘she’s wearing shorts getting off of Air Force One.'” Michelle added, “Sometimes I forget I’m the first lady and I’m running around in shorts.”
