Michelle Williams has been BFFs with her Destiny’s Child bandmate Beyonce Knowles ever since she joined the group back in 2000.

Now the ladies are all grown up and in their early 30’s but that hasn’t stopped Michelle from blushing a little whenever she hears Bey’s recently released, highly sexual, self-titled album. Though she appears in one of the videos on the visual compilation – “Superpower” –  and thinks the album is “amazing,” Michelle has recently admitted the rated R content makes her slightly uncomfortable.

She told UsWeekly:

“I love her new album. I think it’s amazing!”

Songs like “Blow,” “Rocket,” and “Drunk in Love” may be a bit more than the gospel singer can handle:

“I was telling someone on the way here how I was laughing. I don’t know if it’s laughter of shyness or embarrassment because the makeup artist and everyone was listening to her say these things, and I’m like, ‘That’s private girl!’ We aren’t supposed to know all that. But she is married and has produced a baby, and we know what you have to do to produce a baby so OK!”

Michelle also spoke on whether or not Destiny’s Child will reunite with an album:

“I think we just kind of like doing those one offs,” she said, referencing the group’s new song “Nuclear” on the 2013 compilation album Love Songs. “I think those are more special.”

Honestly, all we have to say is: Surfboard, surfboard!
