Welcome to the first-ever mega worldwide super exclusive post and video – okay, I’m done – of Meals With Misha.

Meals With Misha will bring you a little bit of everything. Don’t worry; we’re not just doing meals, we’ll cover topics from the best snack to make for Sunday football, to what you should have for breakfast when you’re super hung over. Recipes for those coming soon.

With that said, our first episode takes a spin on a comfort food classic, Mac & Cheese. Our good friends at Jack Daniel’s sent over some samples; no, not bottles of whiskey, but their Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Ready-To-Eat BBQ Meats. How do you make Mac & Cheese better? Add some meat to it, duh! Which is exactly what I did, adding the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Pulled Pork to some cheesy goodness. Thank me later.

Check out the video above and the ingredients list and recipe below.

Ingredients:

▪ 1 Tablespoon Butter

▪ 1 Tablespoon Flour

▪ 1 2/3 Cups Milk

▪ 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

▪ 3 Oz. Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded

▪ 3 Oz. Monterrey Jack Cheese, Shredded

▪ 3 Oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

▪ 1 Egg, Whisked

▪ 1 Package Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Pulled Pork

▪ 1 Lb. Macaroni

▪ Salt & Pepper To Taste

▪ Paprika To Taste (Optional)

▪ 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs

▪ 2 Oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook the pasta to al dente according to the box directions, drain, and return back to the pot. You can use whatever type you like, I used medium shells for this. Set aside.

Start your cheese sauce – melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once butter is completely melted whisk in flour, continue whisking for one minute. Slowly add in milk, continuously whisking for five minutes. The sauce will start to thicken.

Remove from heat and add sour cream. Once that is mixed in, add in Colby jack, Monterrey jack, and cheddar cheese into the sauce. Continue stirring till completely incorporated.

Add cheese sauce, egg, salt, pepper, and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Pulled pork to the macaroni. Stir to combine. Pour into greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together remaining cheddar and breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs mixture over mac and cheese. Top with paprika and pepper.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, until top is golden.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
