Because if there’s one thing that’s always been missing from your shopping experience, it has to be a giant ski slope.

A $5 billion mega mall is slated for a 2017 opening in New Jersey, and if you thought the Mall of America was insane, wait until you see what’s in store here.

In addition to approximately 400 retailers including Apple, Zara, and Gap, “American Dream Meadowlands” will feature an indoor water park, an amusement park, and a mini golf course. But that’s not all: GQ reports there will be a 12-story, 800-foot hill for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.

Other perks include a movie theater with moving seats and “scented viewing experiences,” as well as a gondola ride with views of the Manhattan skyline. Some outlets have even suggested the addition of an aquarium and Legoland.

As for the food court, shoppers can chow down in an “upscale gourmet food hall with restaurants from celebrity chefs.” You know, between the Gap run and gondola ride.
