Lady Gaga was barely dressed while spotted out in the Meatpacking District in New York City yesterday
The mother monster was wearing a black see-through dress and a veil while toting a Coco Chanel leather box while she made her way out for the night. As she always does, Lady Gaga wore sky high heels and oversized shades, looking fashionable in a way that no one else can.

Gaga is currently in NYC where New York Fashion Week is taking place as the 10th anniversary of 9/11 comes around. She recently spoke with MTV about what September 11th means to her. She said,
“I mean, there’s so many stories that people don’t know…I watched the towers fall from the roof of my school, holding all my best friends. I don’t know … just, my affinity and my love and the relationship I have with New York City — it’s like the husband I never married.”
