Miley, who has encountered several bumps in the road with paparazzi over the past few years, is considering moving back to Nashville, Tennessee.
She recently tweeted in frustration:
“Highly considering moving back to Nashville. I can’t stand these D Bag paparazzi anymore. Couldn’t even take my dog on a walk today.”

Maybe she wasn’t made aware that being followed and photographed by the paparazzi came with being an international pop star.
