Rumors? What rumors? Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith were seen laughing and enjoying each other's company while shopping in Malibu.  Our homies at X17 report,

Will and Jada Pinkett Smith are showing just how "intact" their marriage is by strolling together at the Malibu Country Mart for a littel afternoon shopping (amd perhaps for a little positive PR).

A salesperson from inside the Malibu Colony Company store tells X17online exclusively, "They looked very happy...extremely happy."

The power couple were reportedly heading for a split after 13 years of marriage, according to In Touch Weekly.

After word spread yesterday that the Smiths were splitting, a rep for Jada released the following statement: "Although we are reluctant circulatin about our relationship are completely false.  We are still together, and our marriage is intact."
