Solange Knowles or shall we say Sol-angel got in tune with her heavenly side at the amfAR Milano gala lastnight.
The singer looked like an angel as she strutted her stuff on the red carpet in a sexy cut-out cowl back, all white gown with long draped fabric over the shoulders.

Rocking her infamous fro and a popping red lip, Beyonce‘s little sister showed she definitely knows how to pull off a simple and sophisticated look.
While a halo would have completed this look, Solange opted for gold jewelry, and matching Jimmy Choo Loila sandals.

The 26 year old has been making her rounds at Milan Fashion Week but also recently released a teaser video for her new single “Losing You” and it appears we should be expecting a new album from her very soon.
In other Solange news, she recently revealed in an interview with Lurve magazine that she is no longer a spokesperson for Carol’s Daughter. She told the mag she was:
“constantly fighting for the right message to be heard. The message that the way we wear our hair is a personal choice, there’s no right or wrong way; one way doesn’t make us more intelligent, or more superficial, and everyone makes that choice for very different reasons.”
On her unexpected resignation Chairman and lead investor at Carol’s Daughter provided a statement to the Huffington Post stating:
“Carol’s Daughter celebrates women who embody beauty by nature such as Solange. We value our relationship with her and the women we were able to empower by partnering with such an authentic spirit.”
Sounds like a mutual and peaceful parting of ways. Carol’s Daughter or not the singer/DJ continues to rule in the style department and we can’t wait to see what direction she goes in with her music.
