“In the future everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes” predictor and dead pop-art icon Andy Warhol‘s NYC townhouse is up for grabs. All you need is a cool $4.2 Million and a love for art and the 9 room building Warhol shared with his mother is yours.
According to Brown Stevens Harris, agents managing the property, the 4 story townhouse features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths and boasts spectacular views of the city. It also has a crazy anecdotal history as a few of Warhol’s well known works were made there, works like his Campbell Soup cans and his novel ‘Dollar Bill Series.’
Warhol bought the property in 1960 for $60,000.
