WHAT: Last night Katy Perry tweeted a photo of herself simultaneously dressed as a mermaid and planking. She is already being compared to Lady Gaga, who made public her desire to be a mermaid in one of her projects.
Katy was also compared to Gaga when she made the video for “E.T.” because some felt it closely resembled Gaga’s “Born This Way.”

WHAT: A judge recently dismissed charges brought against Foxy. The matter concerned Foxy Brown violating an order of protection that was filed by her neighbor Arlene Raymond.
