HOUSE REAL BIG: The Most Expensive Home In The World In Wyoming Listed For $175 Million! (PHOTOS)
A three-bedroom pad in Wyoming is listed for a mind-blowing price of $175 million and is currently the most expensive home in the world.
According to Forbes magazine, the Jackson Land and Cattle ranch is owned by Richard Fields, chief executive of Coastal Development, LLC, a gaming and resort development company.
The sprawling estate features more than 1,750 acres of green land and boasts breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains towering above the large hay meadows and fishing ponds.
The old barn was converted into a small three-bedroom home with a four bedroom guest house and two employee apartments. The home itself is definitely not the biggest selling point. The real draw is the world class 52 stall equestrian center designed by renowned western architect, Jonathan Foote.
“You can fish and ride and hunt and you’re still only three minutes from downtown Jackson Hole,” the Daily Mail quoted Jonathan Pierce, the property’s listing agent, as saying.
This mansion joins the list of the other top million dollar homes, such as the Silicon Valley Estate which was purchased for a cool $100 million and the former Spelling manor which was purchased for $150 million by billionaire heiress Petra Ecclestone.
