Jay-Z and Kanye West will be bringing their “Throne” to the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards. According to E! The Otis rappers will make a surprise performance. E!’s gossip columist Marc Malkin reports “Most of the MTV crew and production team don’t even know yet when they’ll actually take the stage during the show.”
