Familiar with the phrase ‘taking matters into your own hands’? John Ivers definitely takes the cake for doing just that! Ever since riding his first roller coaster at eight-years-old, he was addicted to the thrill. The only downside to his love for coasters was the wait to get on them. After waiting hours to get on a ride that wouldn’t even last a fraction of that time, Ivers decided to do the unimaginable and take the ride to his own backyard. What do I mean? He literally spent an enormous amount of hours building his very own homemade roller coast. Crazy, yes! But who doesn’t hate waiting on long, dreadful lines? Especially during an outing that should be nothing but FUN! Equipped with a full 360 degree loop, Ivers named his accomplishment the Blue Flash. It only takes 5 seconds to strap yourself in, a quick push, and the rest is left for pure enjoyment! Take a look at it in action!
