And just like any wife, First Lady Michelle Obama will be very “nervous” as she is watches her husband in action.

In a sit-down interview, the FLOTUS talked to CNN’s Jessica Yellin about her feelings toward the debates.

“I get so nervous at these debates, I’m like one of those parents watching their kid on the balance beam. You’re just standing there trying not to you know, have any expression at all.”

Although Michelle will be anxious while watching Barack square off with Money Mitt, she’s confident that he will be widely received and commended, pointing out that he is “a very good debater” and “a great speaker.”

“He’s been doing this for quite sometime, he’s a very good debater, so I do tell him to have fun and relax and just be himself.”

We feel the same way Michelle! We’re nervous, but we know once it’s over, Barack will own Money Mitt!
