They say the game is to be sold and not told, but Bieber’s new lady friend Chantel Jeffries is not selling or telling hers.

This comes after reports that she’s been shopping her story for $20 grand to publications, according to The New York Post. After all, the 21-year-old model was with Justin when he was arrested for drag racing in Miami last week, before jetting off to South America with Bieber and his crew.

The model was “trying to sell her story for $20,000 — but abruptly pulled out of TV interviews after spending the weekend with the 19-year-old pop star in Panama.”

Now, Chantel released a statement shooting down those claims:

A spokesperson for the beauty said in a statement, “Chantel’s attorney and I received multiple appearance requests for Chantel, as you can imagine. None were for compensation, especially not $20,000. None were accepted. The ‘Today Show’ was the only one that was being even remotely considered, and they do not pay for their news.”

Jeffries also denied the reports on Twitter, writing, “I would never ‘sell my story.’”

There’ve also been numerous reports about Chanel’s character, including claims she’s a “homie hopper” and rumors that she even stabbed a woman! The model spoke with TMZ to set the record straight:

“I have not been arrested five times as has been stated in the media, nor am I guilty of physically assaulting anyone, in any way shape or form.”

TMZ also got a quote from her lawyer Matt Morgan, who told them:

Chantel was arrested when she was 18 for a misdemeanor assault, but it was ultimately dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Other than that, he says she’s only had “traffic violations.”

Chantel also denies being thirsty for publicity, saying … “I am a full time student who had enjoyed a normal lifestyle, free from public scrutiny and criticism, until now.

She adds, “What has happened to me is wrong.”

As for Bieber, the Miami Beach police are trying to get their hands on all the footage they can get of the alleged drag racing incident. TMZ got hit with a subpoena to hand over their footage:

The subpoena seeks “All videos related to the drag racing incident involving Justin Bieber on January 23, 2014 on Miami Beach, Florida.”

If that’s not enough, Bieber appears to be fed up with his neighborhood and he’s moving out.

We’re told the egging incident and the Sheriff’s raid on Bieber’s home were the final straw. He’s now openly talking about listing the house and getting out of the neighborhood.
